Web Portal SocraMapCenter (SMC)

The SocraMapCenter (SMC) control centre software allows you to control Socratec telematics solutions.

It can be accessed from any PC workstation or mobile device using a password and is easy to use. No special software maintenance is required.

Funktionen

Mapping function:

• The current position is displayed on a map.
• The logbook shows all trips in the history on the map and in tabular form.

Alarm and status transmission:

• An alarm is displayed on the map and can be transmitted by email or text message.

Speed monitoring:

• The speed of the vehicle is displayed on a map and in a table with different colours. Forwarding of alarms.

Group management:

• Vehicles and drivers can be organised into groups.

Switching options:

• The dispatcher is able to trigger various switching operations
• (e.g. switching off the engine).

Address management:

• Addresses can be easily entered by transferring positions or entering coordinates in order to generate corresponding downtime reports.
• Address management provides data for alarm management.

Alarm management:

• With a definable circle around entered addresses, an alarm can be automatically generated when entering or leaving the area.
• Alarms can be generated individually for specific vehicles, groups of vehicles or addresses at specific times.
• Alarms are forwarded by e-mail or SMS (to up to 3 addresses).
• Alarms can be set from the vehicle based on the vehicle's current location.

Message management:

• An individual or standard message can be created.
• The message can be sent to a vehicle or a group of vehicles.
• The message is sent to any mobile phone.
